Electronic Board Design

Do you have a product idea, or a requirements document in hand? We design your electronic board from scratch and carry it all the way to production-ready. From schematic capture and component selection to multilayer PCB layout and production files, the whole process stays with one team.

Capability

What We Do

We take ownership of every step from the idea to a production-ready design.

Schematic design and component selection

Your project starts by turning requirements into a circuit schematic. We work out every block of the circuit — power, processing, communication, inputs and outputs — on the schematic, and select components based on electrical requirements, cost and market availability. That way, manufacturability is built into the design from the very first step.

Multilayer PCB layout

Once the schematic matures, we move on to the physical layout of the board. Component placement and trace routing are planned with clean signal transmission, power distribution and heat in mind. From simple two-layer boards to dense multilayer designs, we produce a layout that fits your product's size and connection constraints.

Production files: Gerber, BOM and assembly drawings

When the design is complete, we prepare everything fabrication needs: Gerber files, the bill of materials (BOM) and assembly drawings. These files belong to you — you can have the board made by any manufacturer you choose, or leave the fabrication and assembly steps to us as well.

Prototyping, test and validation

Once the first prototypes are built, we bring the board up under real conditions. Power rails, communication lines and functions are verified one by one; any corrections are fed back into the design and a new revision is released. The goal is simple: no surprises when you move to production.

Process

How We Work

The steps of a board design project are clear from day one — and we decide together at every stage.

  1. Requirements analysis

We go through your idea or requirements document together.

  2. Schematic and components

The schematic is drawn and components are selected.

  3. PCB layout

Multilayer placement and trace routing are completed.

  4. Production files

Gerber files, BOM and assembly drawings are prepared.

  5. Prototype and validation

The prototype is built, tested and revised.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to have before we start?

A product idea or a short requirements document is enough. You don't need to bring a schematic or technical drawings — we clarify your needs together and turn them into technical requirements.

What do I receive at the end of the process?

You receive the circuit schematic, PCB layout files, Gerber files for fabrication, the bill of materials (BOM) and assembly drawings. With these files you can have your board manufactured anywhere you choose.

Do you take on small-batch or prototype projects?

Yes. We welcome prototype work and small-batch projects — a design can be validated with a single board, and when needed the same team scales it to small and mid-volume production.

Can you also handle manufacturing and assembly after the design?

Yes. With our PCB assembly (PCBA) capability we assemble prototypes and small/mid-volume runs of the boards we design in house, and every board is delivered after tests.
