Which Personal Data Do We Process?
Only the following personal data is processed through this website:
- Contact form data: your name, e-mail address and the content of the message you send us.
- Technical logs: server-side access records kept for site security and abuse prevention (e.g. blocking automated/spam submissions), including information such as IP address and request time.
The site has no membership, account registration or online payment features; no personal data other than the above is collected.
Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Data you submit through the contact form is processed solely to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about it. Technical logs are kept to ensure the secure and uninterrupted operation of the site.
These processing activities rely on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: fulfilling your request and the legitimate interests of the data controller. Your data is not used for marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
Retention Period
Contact form messages are kept for a reasonable period to answer your inquiry and handle any follow-up correspondence, and are deleted once this purpose no longer applies. Security-related technical logs are kept for a short, limited period and are routinely destroyed thereafter.
Cookies and Google Analytics
This site may use Google Analytics to understand visitor statistics. Google Analytics and its cookies are loaded only if you choose “Accept” in the consent banner shown at the bottom of the page:
- If you do not consent or choose “Decline”, no analytics cookies are loaded and the site remains fully usable.

Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you may:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- request information about such processing,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom the data has been transferred,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
- request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
